ClockHack fixes that by drawing the time in the top left corner of every screen!
Its a hack
----------
ClockHack is a Hackmaster extension (see http://www.daggerware.com for Hackmaster)
ClockHack is a hack, and as such may cause unpredictable results, for which you alone are responsible. It has been tested and is believed to be ok.
Its Free!
---------
ClockHack is free, but I do ask that you visit either http://www.hausofmaus.com or http://www.roadcoders.com in return for using it - and who knows, you may even find something useful there!
Please feel free to distribute ClockHack on the internet, please contact me before offering
it on CD collections.
Improvements in V3.0:
--------------------
Massive performance improvements
Fixed TealGlance, CorrectHack clash
Since V1.0...
Improved time display
Selectable 12/24 hour time (via prefs screen in HackMaster)
Selectable position (you can choose the corner, again via prefs)
Doesn't show in dialog boxes (as a consequence, it does not show in apps which use a 'small'
display window - like AlarmHack)
Quirks and FAQs
---------------
Clock doesn't refresh immediately when covered, it will redraw at the next event after 3
seconds delay - its easier to try than explain. Makes things run quicker on the Pilot this
way!
I've had some reports of the clock moving down the screen when scrolling in Doc or drawing packages, this is because I just draw a clock on the screen and the app just copies everything on the screen and scrolls it. You should choose a clock location which works best
for the apps that you use.
Finally, even if the clock is covering something (like a tab in LaunchPad, or the arrows
in Memopad) you can still use whatever is underneath - even though you can't see it!
The clock will not be drawn in screens which are smaller than the standard application
screen size. This includes AlarmHack and others.
Sometimes when the time gets narrower(!) ie., 12:59 to 1:00 there may be some excess
white space around the clock. This harmless, and anything that forces the app to redraw
a screen will get rid of it if need be.
